Frozen Peanut Butter Bomb Biscuit Dough


At the cafe we push a cashew nut or almond into the middle of the dough & bake

425g peanut butter cookie dough

Gluten-free & refined sugar-free biscuit dough, ready to cut and bake.

Slice a few to bake or slice all 12  equal-sized portions ( about 1cm thick) and place well-spaced apart on a lined baking tray or sheet.

Bake at 180C for 10-12min  Allow to cool before moving.

Store in an airtight container if you are not munching them all up at once.
