• A must on a scone with lashings of cream
• Swirled into yoghurt or ice cream
• Spread onto a sweet pastry case base and topped with crème patisserie to make a fruit custard tart

We love it! Strawberry fields forever. Sweet but not too sweet! Spread on a homemade scone (with some cheese if you must). Lashings of cream, clotted if you can for the most British vibe!

If you’re in the mood for baking over a weekend, with very little effort, whip up a batch of our homemade granola. You’ll thank us later! Spoon our jam over a bowl of homemade granola, swirl in a little glorious Milkwood yoghurt and you will have the breakfast of dreams.

Swirl into a tub of excellent quality slightly softened vanilla bean ice cream or make the best Victoria sponge cake of dreams and spread dollops of strawberry jam in between your cake layers with lashings of whipped cream. A perfect cream tea!

Make a glaze for your fruit tarts and simmer a few spoons of jam with a dash of water to brush over your fruit to give it all the Parisian cafe feels…

Or when your mood is a little low, just sneak a teaspoon or two ( you made need to hide in the cupboard)
