  • Here we go... Need some.cooking advise or tips during lockdown! Send it over!!! Today I was going to make a Moussaka vibe with ostrich mince is bought but I openes the vac pack and it stank to high heaven. I had to chuck it but I didn't want to waste everything else I had to make the dish so I had to think sideways....
I made some puy lentil ragu instead.... I'll post pics later but  during this time I'm sure we won't get what we need at the shops and wasting anything is just not on the cards! So let me know and I'll see if I can help!! Muchos love to @vicki_iwantthat for the idea and @andrewollheim for the push
